Do you accept ODM or OEM?
Yes, we do support OEM / Customized Manufacture for every details including package, stickers. In fact, most of the lighting projects and solar system projects are customized. It depends on the customer’s needs.
For retail residential solar lights, we also support customized packaging, manuals, logos, etc.
Can l place a sample order for LED lights?
Absolutely! We encourage sample orders so you can test and check the quality of our products. You are welcome to order mixed samples to suit your evaluation needs.
What is the lead time for orders?
For sample orders, the lead time is typically 3-5 days. For mass production, the lead time extends to approximately 25-45 days, depending on the quantity ordered.
What kind of guarantee do you offer for your products?
We provide a 2-5 year warranty on all our products, ensuring peace of mind and reliability.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take for delivery?
We typically ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, which usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Shipping by airline and sea freight are also available options, which we can arrange as per your convenience.
How do you handle after-sales service?
We have a dedicated professional team responsible for after-sales service. We also offer a service hotline to handle your complaints and feedback promptly and efficiently.
What payment methods do you accept?
For samples, full by T/T in advance; for bulk order, 30% deposit by TT in advance, balance by TT before shipment. The L/C is acceptable for big order. It can be negotiable.
How long is your product warranty?
Generally 3-5 years warranty , but it will vary from different items.
Do you have local agents?
At present we only do factory direct sales, welcome all customers to order directly from us.
