CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. is a core subsidiary of CRRC Group with a strong corporate football culture. Its 11-a-side standard football field with 400m track covers over 10,000 ㎡. The original 60 sets of 2000W metal halide lamps suffered severe aging, low illuminance (only ~120lx), poor uniformity and heavy glare, with high maintenance cost and potential safety hazards.
CPS Lighting delivered one-stop Outdoor Sports Lighting renovation solution with premium LED Sports Light, upgrading the venue to satisfy employee football training and amateur matches.
1.2 Project Demand
The venue shall meet Grade I standard for amateur matches & professional training, core requirements:
Comply with JGJ 153 national sports lighting standard;
Realize High Uniformity Illuminance, GR＜50 to control glare and stray light pollution via Anti-glare LED Stadium Light;
Replace old high-power MH lamps with high-efficiency Energy-saving LED Sports Light to achieve remarkable energy saving;
Adopt 25m high mast four-corner layout to realize full-field even light coverage;
Equip fixtures with high color rendering, IP65 waterproof and Long Lifespan LED Stadium Light performance to cut later maintenance.

Professional on-site photometric test shows all indicators fully exceed Grade II standard:
