As a top-tier professional football club in China, Shandong Taishan Football Club boasts a complete youth training system and professional hardware facilities. The club’s training base is equipped with 6 standard natural grass training fields, including one professional stadium with stands, serving daily high-intensity training for professional players.
The original lighting system adopted 72 sets of 2000W traditional metal halide lamps, suffering from severe light attenuation, damaged light sources, insufficient and uneven field illuminance. Serious glare and stroboscopic problems hindered night training, while high energy consumption and high maintenance costs failed to meet national energy-saving and emission-reduction standards. The goal is to build a high-standard, energy-saving professional football lighting environment.
1.2 Project Demand
The project aims to comprehensively upgrade field lighting quality, optimize training environment and reduce operational costs, with core demands as follows:
Upgrade lighting to Class IV professional football match grade to support professional team daily training and amateur competitions
Solve original lamp defects such as insufficient illuminance, uneven light distribution, glare and flicker
Realize high-efficiency energy-saving lighting to reduce long-term power consumption and maintenance costs
Retain original 25m high lamp poles to save renovation cost while improving overall lighting performance
