After full completion, all lighting technical indicators fully meet JGJ153-2016 Grade IV TV broadcast competition standards, delivering professional, high-standard light environment for official sports events, daily training and public fitness activities.

The project adopts the mainstream one stadium and two halls overall layout, covering three core sports venues:
Outdoor Athletics & Football Field (Main Stadium): Covering an area of 16,000 ㎡ with 15,200 spectator seats, it supports professional track and field, football competitions and large-scale outdoor cultural and sports events
Indoor Comprehensive Sports Hall: Covering an area of 15,000 ㎡ with 5,000 spectator seats, applicable to indoor competitive events including basketball, volleyball and badminton
Indoor Natatorium: Professional swimming sports and daily fitness venue, enriching the multi-functional sports service system of the sports center
